I am a Trauma-Informed Certified Yoga Instructor, mother of 7 and practitioner of yoga for over 25 years. I have been studying & training in Shaolin Qigong for the last 4 years and incorporate this amazing healing modality in my offerings.

All classes begin with a breathwork practice and end with a meditation.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

YOGA - Uniting breath and movement, we will explore various hatha yoga postures and slow-flow vinyasa in these classes.

QIGONG - An ancient Chinese practice utilizing fluid movements while tuning into the elements of nature, as we enliven the body with Qi or energy.

YIN YOGA - A deep and introspective yoga practice in which yoga props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets are used to support the body in longer passive holds. A very therapeutic and restorative practice to heal the body, mind, and spirit.

PRENATAL YOGA - A safe and restorative yoga practice for pregnant women. Pregnancy is an important time to go inward and find deeper connection to the child within as well as your emotional and physical bodies. (safe for all trimesters)
