How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Join my free online community & wellness blog for guided meditations, yoga classes, free online community sessions via zoom & more.

Reserve your space @ my weekly wellness offering - Healing in the Gardens via Eventbrite or drop-in and make your $20 - $40 donation in cash before class or via our Venmo account.

If you would like to book a private session or class with me please reach out through the booking form — I will walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.
